Prof. Fushuan Wen

Brief Introduction: Prof. Fushuan Wen was a professor and doctoral supervisor of Zhejiang University in 1997, and the director of the Institute of Electric Power Economics and Informatization. He used to be a postdoctoral fellow and researcher at National University of Singapore, a researcher and visiting professor at Hong Kong Polytechnic University, a visiting professor at Hong Kong University, a senior researcher at the University of New South Wales, Australia, and a visiting researcher at Queensland University of Technology, Australia. He was also a "Pearl River Scholar" in distinguished professor, Guangdong Province, the vice president of the Electric Power Institute of South China University of Technology, and the director of the Institute of Electric Power Economy and Market. Engaged in long-term research work.

Prof. Danwei Wang

Brief Introduction: Danwei Wang is Fellow of IEEE, Fellow of Academy of Engineering Singapore, Fellow of AvH (Germany) and recipient of the First-Class Award of Shanghai Science and Technology. He is a distinguished lecturer of IEEE Robotics and Automation Society. He received his Ph.D degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, USA. Currently, he is a professor, School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He is an Editor, IEEE IROS (International Conference on Intelligent Robotics and Systems) since 2019. He has published 6 books, 7 book chapters, 9 patents (5 published and 4 filed) and over 500 technical papers and articles in international refereed journals and conferences.

Prof. B. Bandyopadhyay

Prof. B. Bandyopadhyay

Brief Introduction: Bijnan Bandyopadhyay (Fellow, IEEE/the Indian National Academy of Engineering/National Academy of Sciences, India/the Indian Academy of Sciences) received the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi, New Delhi, India, in 1986. In 1987, he joined the Systems and Control Engineering Group, IIT Bombay, Mumbai, India, as a Faculty Member, and is currently a Professor. In 1996, he was with the Lehrstuhl fur Eleck-trische Steuerung und Regelung, RUB, Bochum, Germany, as an Alexander von Humboldt Fellow. He has 400 publications that include monographs, book chapters, journal articles, and conference papers. He has guided 38 Ph.D. dissertations at IIT Bombay. His research interests include the areas of multirate output feedback based discrete-time sliding mode control, event-triggered sliding mode control, and nuclear reactor control.,Prof. Bandyopadhyay served as the Co-Chairman of the International Organization Committee and as the Chairman of the Local Arrangements Committee for the IEEE ICIT, Goa, India, in 2000. He also served as one of the General Chairs of the IEEE ICIT Conference, Mumbai, India, in 2006. He has served as the General Chair for the IEEE International Workshop on VSSSMC, Mumbai, India, 2012. He has also served as an Associate Editor for the IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics and IEEE/ASME Transactions on Mechatronics. He is currently serving as an Associate Editor for the IET Control Theory & Applications. He was awarded the IEEE Distinguished Lecturer of IEEE IE Society in 2019. He was awarded Distinguished Visiting Fellow by the Royal Academy of Engineering, London, U.K., in 2009 and 2012.

Prof. Qingsheng Zeng

Biography: Dr. Qingsheng Zeng graduated from the University of Ottawa, Canada, majoring in electrical engineering. He was a visiting scholar at the Institute of High Frequency Technology, Ruhr University, Germany, a senior research engineer at the National Communications Research Center of Canada, a member of the strategic project evaluation expert group of the National Natural Science and Engineering Research Council of Canada, a member of the field visit committee of the chief project of industrial research, and a post-doctoral scholarship reviewer for industrial research and development. He is currently a professor at Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics in China, a visiting professor at Harbin Engineering University, Northwestern Polytechnical University, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Beijing Jiaotong University, a special expert on the Hundred Talents Program in Shanxi Province ( a short-term project for innovative talents in colleges and universities ), and a part-time professor and doctoral tutor at the University of Ottawa, Carleton University, University of Quebec ( Capital Branch ), National Institute of Science Energy, Materials and Communications Center ( INRS-EMT ). He guides many doctoral students, postdoctoral researchers and visiting scholars.

Prof. Hassan Haes Alhelou

Biography: Hassan Haes Alhelou (Senior Member, IEEE) is currently a Faculty Member with Tisheen University, Lattakia, Syria, and Monash University, Australia. He was with University College Dubline (UCD), Ireland, as a Senior Researcher. He serves as a Consultant at Sultan Qaboos Universit, Oman. He has published more than 30 research papers in the high-quality peer-reviewed journals and international conferences. He has also performed more than 160 reviews for high prestigious journals, including IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics, IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics, Energy Conversion and Management, Applied Energy, and International Journal of Electrical Power and Energy Systems. He has participated in more than 15 industrial projects. He is included in the 2018 and 2019 Publons List of the Top 1% Best Reviewer and Researchers in the field of engineering. He was a recipient of the Outstanding Reviewer Award from Energy Conversion and Management journal, in 2016; ISA Transactions journal, in 2018; Applied Energy journal, in 2019; and many other awards. He was a recipient of the Best Young Researcher in the Arab Student Forum Creative among 61 researchers from 16 countries at Alexandria University, Egypt, in 2011.

Research Area:Power systems, power system dynamics, power system operation, and control, dynamic state estimation, frequency control, smart grids, micro-grids, demand response, load shedding, and power system protection. 

Prof. Kun Li

Biography: Kun Li, male, doctor, Chongqing University School of Mechanical Engineering ' Hongshen young scholar ' special expert, doctoral tutor, overseas talents. Bachelor of Engineering in Materials Science and Engineering, Jilin University, 2011. In 2016, received a doctorate in mechanical engineering, Tsinghua University ; february 2017 Postdoctoral research at the University of Texas at El Paso, and co-instructor for Lawrence E. Murr ( a pioneer in additive manufacturing in the United States ) and R.D.K. Misra 's research group Ph.D. students. April 2019 Senior Fellow, Department of Mechanical Engineering and Materials Science, University of Pittsburgh, USA ; in August 2020, he was hired as professor and doctoral supervisor of ' Hongshen Young Scholars ' of Chongqing University to engage in teaching and research. Mainly engaged in additive manufacturing, intelligent 3D net forming, high-performance materials and phase change, materials computing research. He has published more than 50 papers in Additive Manufacturing, Journal of Materials Science and Technology, Materials Science and Engineering : A, Journal of Nuclear Materials, Materials & Design, Small and other famous journals and conferences. He served as the reviewer of famous journals in Acta Materialia, Materials Research Letters, International Journal of Plasticity and other fields. Long-term cooperation with Tsinghua University, China Academy of Engineering Physics Chengdu Additive Manufacturing Center, the University of Pittsburgh, training graduate students.

Assoc. Prof. Yipin Wan

Chang'an University, China

Biography: Yipin Wan, an associate professor of the School of Construction Machinery, Chang'an University. He received his doctorate from Chang'an University in 2018 and engaged in post-doctoral research from 2021 to 2022. His interests include robotics, fatigue and fracture, composites, etc. Presided over or participated in more than 20 national, provincial and ministerial projects. More than 20 patents have been granted, one academic monograph has been written and more than 40 academic papers have been published. The scientific research achievements won the first prize of science and technology of colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province.

Dr. Santhosh Krishna B V

Biography: Dr. Santhosh Krishna B V is working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at New Horizon College of Engineering, Bengaluru, India. He received his doctoral degree from Anna University – A state Government University in Tamilnadu, India in the area of Biomedical Image Processing using machine learning algorithms. He has 12 years of experience in teaching and research. He has authored 9 textbooks in the area of communication and networking. He has published 30 papers in Scopus/SCI indexed journals and conferences. He is an active reviewer in many reputed SCI indexed journals. His area of interest includes Medical Image Processing, Communication Network and Security.
